Well folks, here it is. 5’6” 170lbs—>166lbs
One month of doing cardio mixed with strength training 4-6 days a week plus healthy and nutritional eating and lack of binging and this is what you get. This is a four pound difference and I couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to see what I look like at the end of this month!
That’s. alot. of notes. Wow. Although I haven’t made any recent progress weight loss wise, I’m happily maintaining my current weight and for now that’s all I want. Ive learned that If change is what you want than only you can make it happen. I know it’s alot easier said than done but I’m going to keep trying right along with you.
